Transparent per-job metering
Any job that enters the dispatching state — AI contacted at least one operator. Cancelled jobs, no-coverage outcomes, and manually-created jobs never dispatched are not counted.
$0.15 per job above your included monthly count, billed at the end of the period via Stripe. Overage is $0.15/job, billed at end of your billing period via Stripe. No batch commitment required here.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — T1 Dispatch includes a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. Sign up at prevayltow.com/register or at app.prevayltow.com/register. The trial gives you full access to the Dispatch tier for 30 days.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account is paused. Your jobs, operators, and data are preserved. Upgrade to any paid plan to continue — no re-registration needed. If you haven't upgraded after 30 days, you'll receive a reminder before anything is removed.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade at any time from the billing page in your operator console. You're charged the prorated difference immediately; your new features activate right away.
What's the Network tier (T3) actually adding?
T3 opens the inbound motor club job feed — jobs from AAA, GEICO, Agero, and Cross Country are offered to your company directly. Your acceptance rate and ETA accuracy determine your grade (S/A/B/C); Grade S operators get First Right of Refusal, meaning the job is offered to you before lower-grade operators in your zone. This is the feature that turns Prevayl from dispatch software into a revenue channel.
How does First Right of Refusal work?
When an inbound motor club job arrives for a zone you cover, T3 operators are offered the job first, in grade order (S before A before B). If you decline or don't respond within 10 minutes, the offer moves on. Non-T3 operators are offered the job only after T3 operators have passed. You can't buy FRoF without T3.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly, cancel any time. T3 operators who receive a significant volume of network jobs typically stay — the inbound work more than covers the subscription — but there's no lock-in.
Do you support multi-location operations?
Yes. Each location is a separate entity in the system with its own operators, trucks, compliance records, and dispatch zone. T1 includes 1 location; T2 includes 3; T3 includes unlimited. Extra locations on T1/T2 are $49/mo each.
What about QuickBooks or accounting integrations?
QuickBooks Online integration is on the T2/T3 roadmap — export jobs directly to QBO as invoices or receive payments. Desktop/IIF is not supported. Contact us if QBO integration is a hard requirement for your evaluation.
