Getting started

Register your company

Sign up for a 30-day free trial, add your DOT number, and invite your first driver.

Add trucks & drivers

Build your fleet profile. Set equipment types, capacity, and service radius per truck.

Set working hours

Configure your dispatch availability by day and time. AI will not offer jobs outside your hours.

Configure pricing

Set your hook fee and per-mile rate by service type. Used for invoice generation and AI dispatch scoring.

How AI dispatch works

The agent ranks nearby operators by distance, grade, availability, and acceptance rate — then contacts them in order via SMS.

Accepting a job via SMS

Tap the link in your dispatch SMS to accept or decline. First to accept wins — the job is locked to your console immediately.

Dispatch rounds & escalation

If no one accepts in round 1 (25 mi), the system widens the search. A critical alert fires to human dispatch if all rounds are exhausted.

Motor club email ingest

Forward your AAA/GEICO/Agero dispatch emails to your Prevayl inbox address. The AI parses the job and queues it for dispatch automatically.

Your live job board, daily earnings, active jobs, and performance grade — all on one screen.

Track driver location in real time. Breadcrumb trail records the route from pickup to drop-off. (T2+ only)

Compliance watch overview

Track CDL expiry, commercial vehicle insurance, DOT annual inspections, and driver medical certificates across your whole fleet.

Get alerted 60, 30, and 7 days before any compliance item expires. Dashboard shows red/amber/green status per item.

Attach insurance certificates, CDL scans, and inspection reports to each truck or driver record.

Reading your usage meter

Your billing page shows jobs dispatched vs included for the current period and any overage charges accumulating.

Upgrading or canceling

Upgrades are prorated and immediate. Cancellations take effect at end of the current billing period.
